HI-Pembroke Open Hostel D
Hostelled lately?
HI-Pembroke

You would have heard musicians from around the world and rubbed shoulders with guests from Mexico, Holland, Sweden, Germany, Korea, France, China, and the U.S.A.

You could have seen a video...   What's a Hostel?  or pictured yourself in a World of 100 Hostels!

You might have toured HI-Pembroke or won an invitation to the best Chinese dinner ever, courtesy of volunteer hostel managers Churck and Diana Zhang.

And you would have definitely tried the HI-USA 75th Anniversary Cake!

Would you have figured out how magician (and HI-Pembroke administrator) Ron Sanders did his scarf trick?

If you didn't make it to HI-Pembroke on August 23 for an unforgettable Open Hostel Day, it's not too late!  More pictures of this event celebrating HI-USA's 75th anniversary are posted on our new Facebook page.   Search for Hostelling International-USA North Carolina Council.
Chuck and Diana Zhang are the HI-Pembroke hostel managers.

HI-Pembroke is right across the street from the performing arts center at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke  Find out who will be on the UNC-P stage during your visit!    You'll find the Native American Museum just down the street (visit the summer show and sale!)... and a State Scenic Blackwater Canoe Trail on the Lumber River not far away.    Call Riverway if you'd like a guide for your Lumber River tour!  Call and make your reservations now to visit this hostel.
